The K2 items are shown using module mod_k2_content and readmore (in items). The items preview don't works, so it is not shown in translated language but in the original language also the language was changed.When I click on the items it was translated correctly.
I ask in joomfish forum and a core member  told me to ask Simon here because  It could well be that they need to change one of their database queries.!!!
