I'm currently testing K2 to see if it will fill my needs.

I'm creating a site that will give information about all sales and special offers from various local buisnesses. So each item i create will be a special offer.

I want to use the special fields to hold the basic information about the store and the offer. Like store-name, adress, phone, type of offer, startdate, enddate, short description of offer etc.

This was easy enough.

 

But I cant really figure out how to customize the listings to my needs. I'd like to display many offers on the same page and only basic info about it.

So I would like to configure it to show a small picture. Item title, and a couple of the special fields (storename, short description, startdate, enddate). So not all the special fields, only a selected few.

 

Is this possible?

And if so, is it also possible to make a special field searchable? Like a hyperlink on the "type of offer" special field that leads to a search on all items with the same type?
