Hi,

I am building a web with books and authors. K2 can be used to define these items with the apropiate extra fields.

I would like to relate a author with his books. So I can search for an author, see a his/her information and then a list of his/her books.

Can this be done with K2?

First thought, use tags

I have the same Prob :

 

I have a Cat within Festivals and another with Artists. Now my Idea is to set a in the Festival Item z.B. "RockamRing" I set a Tag for the Linup z.B. Metallica.

Now I set to the Artist Item the Tag "Metallica"...so the RockamRing Item will be shown in the related Articles.

 

So the only customization to do is to edit the related items code in item.php. There is a need to set an if clause specially for the category "Festivals".

 

I think I have to put the Code (pastie.org/1408668) in an if clause. But I cant figure it out ? can anyone help plz ?
