Hi all liking k2 a lot,

 

Have it working on several sites now,

 

Have a problem with one, when i assign a module (eg k2 content, k2 tools) in the menu assignment to a specific category, they are not showing. When i select all in the menu assignment they are working in the category, plus everywhere else of course, which is not what i wanted.

 

I tried to select only on home, fine the mod shows,

 

Anyone else come across this?

Are you using Advanced Module Manager?

no im afraid not, strange though as im using k2 very well on many sites, never had this issue

I suggest you to use it. With advanced module manager you can make module assignment to any category or component or menu items, etc. It's really great. Try it.

i will try that, am using it on another site and liked it.

This might solve the issue will revert back once i have

Seemed to have got it working now, installed that mod, then emptied cacha and tidied a few settings and now works, weird but good!!

 

Thanks for reminding me about that mod too forgot how good it was!! being used on other sites now!!
