The default date format for the Modified column in k2 items is day/month/year - time

 

Is there a way to change it to month/day/year?

I think K2 is picking up the date format from Joomla. See this article on changing the date format in Joomla: docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_change_the_date_format%3F

 

The one K2 is using is DATE_FORMAT_LC2
