Hi ,
I have enable recaptcha for comments for registered user (non reg can not comment) however its not showing at all.
I have check that its enable in global config i have the correct keys and my domain is correct on my account because i am using elsewhere.
Any one know where i am going wrong i am happy to start at the begining or if someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Stef.

is it enabled in your K2 global config?
also, you need to add a reCaptcha public key
That's how i got it to work

I had a similar problem and it ended up being related to my joomla template. The template was throwing up error messages (could see using FireFox's error console) and it was because I did not have Mootools enabled in my template.
So you may want to investigate if there are any error messages on your page to see if they are preventing the recaptcha from showing.
