I used the image tab previously and it worked as far as uploading and deleting images for my products. Now when I go back to delete certain images, an error comes up

Why am I unable to upload and delete files?

 

 

I am also unable to browse the server to look for the image.

 

Is there a plugin that I forgot to enable or something?

Could you please post, what the solution was for you,.. cause I'm having the same problem,

maybe your solutions works for me too.

I had to change the permission on my server in order to move/change files

FYI, Item images are stored within two folders src and cache found on your server at media/k2/items..

Do you know if the generated images optimizes the photos? I think my site is much slower because of the images.

Hi! I do face the same problem. Which are the right permission (755 or 777 or something else) and for which folder(s)?

Is there any other setting to check?

I'm trying to work with Image tab in Edit item and, as you can see in the image attached, there is no "Upload" button close to the Item image --> Browse, so after I'm browsing an image I cannot upload anything. What I was trying to do was to change Pink's picture with another.

I'm new to K2, so please be patient with me :)

Would emptying one of the folders help resolve this issue?  We have a large amount of content and images on our site.  Wondering if that is causing the problem of not loading images from the image tab, and also making the site slow.  Would appreciate your advice.  I need to get this resolved for my client ASAP.
