Hi,When I want to Hide the both "Author" & "Display extended author info" in "Item view options" & "Item view options/Author options" via K2 Edit Category or K2 Items,I get a message error on the site :Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$author in C:\......\components\com_k2\views\item\view.html.php on line 58

Be sure that error reporting is set to default - the notice may go away.

also, check that the author has been set in the item and that k2 user groups and users are set up correctly

search here for "stdClass" you will find this and severa more threads

No but I did it and the notice go away...problem half solved .
