I would like to customize K2 to look like the hompage of mashable.com on the left side where the articles sit under "All Stories".  I really like the clean look and feel. 

 

So I would need the image, article title, teaser paragraph, category, author name with post date as well as Tweet and Facebook share buttons.

 

How would I go about doing this?  Is there an extension for this or is this something that would be custom coded?

 

Any pointers would be great!

I don't know about extensions. To me it's a matter of modifying the template file with customization of css file.

Do you by chance know which files within K2 I would need to modify?  Thanks so much.
