excuse my experience in K2 but o really like it so :

I have the following questions :

1- is it any ability to make change for K2 appearance like social network icon, print and E-mail icon (the general theme of K2 page) ?

2- how can I make a warp text around picture cause my picture isn't big size enough to stay alone :D in category and item?

3- Is it ability to change "item" word in SEF to "article" while my site is an E-magazine to make the link like :

home/category/sub.../article/article title

4- i really appreciate if someone can tell me how can I add Item to my Joomla Home page.

Concerning your 2 question.

 

k2.css file, Component:Item View- property span.itemImage img {float:left} or {float:right} depending of do you want image on left or right side.

But, also you have to change something in the com_k2/templates/default/item.php. You have to open that file and

delete clear div <div class="clr"></div> that is in the frame of <div class="itemImageBlock"> </div>.

It would be good that you just in case make a backup of the files before changing. Try it.

First, what you have to do before any template updates is to make a template override : community.getk2.org/notes/Templating_in_K2

 

Once you've done that, you can almost do what you want in your new K2 template directory without any K2 future updates problems.

 

1 - You can make changes in the k2.css file to change social images or make modifications in the item.php template file.

2 - Same thing, you have to change the k2.css file file to force the div of the item image on left or right. The image div id in the item layout is 'itemImageBlock'. Just search for this in the k2.css file and set the float property to 'left' or right'. Maybe some other css stuff on margin, etc...

3 - I wouldn't advise you to do that, some K2 core files to change

4 - You have to set your Joomla! home page as a K2 page and not the Joomla! core frontpage. Just change the type of the default page to K2 / itemlist, select your category(ies) to display.

 

As BBC wrote, use firebug or any tool that can help you to see the page html code.

Thanx for your reply olivier but i haven't HTML background so it's really hard to me to make this modification at that simple maybe if you give more explain or a link to good tutorial !!!

You cannot have it nice with so many text lines in Intro.
You can put min-height: 350px; (or something like that) in k2.css, line 585, ImageBlock.
