On my website, I sometimes update things on older items, and when I do, I want them to be placed at the top of the list in a blog-style layout. I can't seem to figure out how to do this with K2. This feature is available with the built-in Joomla articles component.

Please check in the K2 Category Paramaters > Category Item Layout > Item Ordering

You can set various ordering of items within the category using this, but it is not currently possible to order by latest modified, perhaps that should be added as a feature request.

An alternative would be to set ordering by Most Recent then change the publish date of the updated item.

 

For Information.The K2 Content Module can sort content by last modified.
