Social sharing icons and "rate this item" stars not visible

Hello.

I'm having a pretty big problem with K2. I'm using Gavick's template, but the social sharing icons and the "rate this item" icons are invisible. The links are working correctly and CSS is also pointing to images correctly. And I'm using the default template.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away.

Well, I haven't changed anything in my K2 installation,so I'm already using the default template.

I would think they use template override. Plz take a look in :

root/templates/yourtemplate/images/

If the folders Placeholder, Social and System exist. If not copy them from components/com_k2/images

I have now sorted it. I somehow uploaded the K2.css file into the template CSS directory and this was causing the browser to search the wrong path for the icons.

i have the same problem, seems to be li bullets messing it up but can work out how to change this with out removing the li css for the article. The links and images are correct and work but just doesn't display.

example

www.catalystlatex.com/dresses/item/187-anchor-beach-blouse
