Guys,

 

First of all, I'm not sure where the setting is for this when viewing an item in item view. At the bottom of the page, it says "More in this category" then displays only one article...

 

Any ideas how I can either delete this or change it to multiple items?

In the backend go to the category and then under "Item View Options" on the right-hand side you will find "Item Navigation." Set it to hide.

Terry, Thanks much- had no idea what that was. Is there some kind of setting for this? Meaning, I've only either seen one or two items even when there are more in the particular category.

I don't think so. It's kind of like a page forward/page backward feature. There will never be more than 2 items that show up.
