I'm getting stuck on something.

 

I have several sections within a single article (similar to the way they lay out information on apple.com) and each section has different styling. I'm trying to use the template option to do this, but am finding it very limited.

Ideally my articles would generally be presented as,

 

Intro Header (with an image, or some simple content)

Paragraph 1 (unique styling)

Paragraph 2 (unique styling)

 

Is there any way within K2 to designate that Section A goes into this portion of the template, section B into another, and so on and so on?

 

 

 

Well... Aha!

 

It seems that K2 can handle this, but it might not be apparent at first. In your global parameters for the K2 component you can set the component to display both the introtext and fulltext windows in your editor. The styling of both can be achieved as necessary through the creation of different templates (just duplicate the Default directory in components/com_k2/templates) and the new directories will be available to you in each K2 article and category settings.
