Can anyone tell me how to update my Gavick Corporate Quickstart package which came with K2 version 2.3 to the latest K2 version without harming any settings or the style in the template?

Just overriding the current installation or what to do?

Upgarde InstructionsAs always backup before changing a site that has a lot of work in it, and know that if you have changed the core K2 files you will loose the changes.

Tried to install the 2.4.1 via the extension manager. Error message appears "no installation package found". Any idea?

usually when i get that message, its because there is an unzip me first file that you dl, but im not sure about 2.4.1

It was something with my php.ini, I've disabeld it for the installation and then it went through, thxs.

Please post the php.ini problem if you will - max_upload?

The open_basedir is especially edited for my RSFirewall security settings. Tmp and logs are outside of the public folder. Perhaps this is the reason?
