I Sorted this out myself . Seems Rockettheme Templates take it upon themselves to

Force input styling . For those who have the same problem.

Go into template manager/ Your template in the ACP

Turn off input styling in gantry ( Or allow exlusion , I have no idea what to add though , I tried a couple like .rokradio etc but they didnt work ) 

You have to clear your cache to see this take effect

Pretty simple this one

The 2 Checkboxes for Publish item inside the NEW ITEM lightbox in the front end

Are visible when the lightbox first pops up then they disappear when the sidebar

finishes loading .

IE the pictures below

This happens to any user not a select ( Super admin as well )

I disabled all my modules and disabled all my plugins except the k2 system one

still the same

We are using ver 2.4.1 . Joomla 1.5.22 with JCE Editor as the default 

( Tried changing the editor to tiny mce and no difference )

Has anyone come across this problem before as I can't find any reference of it anywhere here

We are using a Rockettheme template ( Panacea )

Seems strange that it would load first then disappear 

HELP!

(BTW I have done a cross browser check and the issue is in all browsers)

 

EDIT :- I just checked on another site I built last year . Totally different server, template and design .

That one is using the HYBRID rockettheme template ( If that matters )

But it is the Identical problem . No JCE installed on that one . Just using tiny MCE
