Does not import all my articles was created by madcat
Hello!!
I'm faced a problem. I have import all my joomla articles into K2 except one section (whit articles) doesnt imported to K2.
I would like also, to ask if someone if I find an old article on google would normally move the article or lost the Url of the Article in the transfer to k2. In a nutshell what I want to ask is the transport of articles on K2 will lose their direction, or hold and is redirect to the new address.

Hi.
Either use one of the 3rd party (commercial) extensions that export/import CSV articles
or/
Locally:
[Backup your database & site - A1]
Start with a clean copy of your site without K2
Install K2
Make sure you use the sef_ext/com_k2.php from the SVN drop since there is a K2 2.4.1 bug with the aliases
[Backup your database - A2]
Delete the Joomla section & articles you do now want to import
Import Joomla articles into K2
Verify all import went well
[Backup your database - A3][Don't change any other thing while doing the following]
Export ALL your k2 tables
Import your database A2 over the existing database (make sure you drop all)
Import the K2 tables back in
Test everything went well
Now you can start changing your menu to point to the K2 content after lots of testing and making sure everything in K2 is doing what you want, you can start cleaning up your old Joomla articles & sections.
For the second part of your question, depending on your naming conventions & SEF settings, you might be ok with the new article names otherwise you can take a look at Olivier's extension:
