Anyone successfully implemented Google Analytics to their K2 site? I have 4 Categories I'm hoping to track seperately via Google Analytics but I have no idea how to insert the code... Since everything uses the category.php template, is this even possible?

 

At this point, I figure all I can do is add the code to my main template index.php file and then the category.php file for K2 to track visitors across all the categories.

 

Any insight/help would be appreciated!

 

 

All you have to do is add the code to the templates index.php.  This will also take care of all components since index.php is called on every page.  The way Google reports activity you should be able to get all the infor you want specifically about the four categories.
