If i manually order items n the item admin screen i get mixed results.

 

If i try and move the first item in the list of items down one nothing happens.

 

I canmanually enter the number and hit the save disk but this still doesnt let me use the arrows up and down fo rthe first and last items in the list.

 

Can someone else confirm issue please? I couldn't find it on bug tracker so thought id shout here first.
