I just launched a magazine website and am excited about the K2 features that will extend the interactivity for the site. However, the comment feature isn't working, when I tested the comment feature for the K2 item (article) I get this message "To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from recaptcha.net/api/getkey", the comments are a big part of the feedback for the writers and I need to know what to do to enable it for our visitors to leave comments.

Please help.

Feedback on the site is also welcome.

In the backend parameters set recaptcha to disable.

Terry, thanks for your prompt reply. Is the parameter located inside the k2 comments module.

After a little further research, I located the reCAPTCHA in the K2 global parameter but the comments are showing up on the page unless I set the comment in the right module, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks Terry A Britton said:

I don't quite understand what you want to do? You want the comments not to show in the content or in the module?

I don't want the comments to show in the right module of the article but I see what the problem is. I didn't realize that the text is in white which is the reason I wasn't able to see the comment so I'm trying to figure out how to change the text color to black using Firebug (which I'm not familiar with CSS), so I'm learning quite a bit.  If you go to this page (trendtotrendmag.com/index.php/remembering-erika-chandler-mar-30-1968-feb-5-2011) and scroll to the bottom of the page, the comment replies are showing in the footer...highlight the white comment box and you can see the comment.

All you need to do to change the whole comments block if you want, its to simply edit the k2.css file.

Locate the div.itemComments block in line 283 and below to change the colors.
