I've seen this problem reported by other's elsewhere, and it goes ignored.

 

Problem is, a K2 support person suggested I install K2, I did.  He then  suggested I enable K2 Login, I did. Now I have no access to the site - none. And no one, not even other Admins can log in. All we get is a screen refresh. I can press F5 and so the same!

 

The K2 login just refreshes the page view - nothing more.

 

DETAILS:

 

1 - Installed K2

2 - Enabled "K2 Login"  (do NOT do this or you will lose your site)

3 - On using Login from main page and ADMIN login, the page just refreshes - no login.  Support says to use Admin login. Duh. There is NO ability to use the Login AFTER enabling K2Login so how can one even login to use the admin - if that is not working? I really wish techies would read better.

As soon as K2 Login was enabled, and anyone  tried to log in later, the screen just refreshes.

No one can log in, either end. No registered, no admins.  No one.

 

What's the next step - re-build the whole thing from scratch or is there a fix yet?

Change the "Publish" in the SQL jos_ to 1 (It already is!)
