I have two identical child categories, both in the same parent branch. Yet, the Category - Item display is vastly different. Both have identical settings in the Main Menu Category display.

I'm at a loss to explain/solve this anomaly. Please help.

In both cases I want all the Parent Category Items to display first in numeric item order followed by the all the Sub-Category items, again in ascending numeric order.

This Page - Colorado is displaying correctly, all four Colo Sub-Cat items follow the 13 Cat items, and

this Page - Arizona is displaying incorrectly, notice two items from the Ariz Sub Cat interleaved with the parent Category items.

Both AZ & CO share the same Sub-Cat level, and in the menu are of Type: K2 » Itemlist / Category. Both are set to ordering reverse.
