I'm working on a site at the moment that uses K2 for the staff pages, the category view shows a list of staff names, and the item page shows the member of staff with all the relevant phone numbers/email addresses, etc.

 

What I'd like to do its have an alternative output of this content in a plain text format, if i was writing my own component I would use something like format=raw in the _GET params and add a new view.raw.html in the /views/item/ folder of the component. Is there anyway of having 2 versions of the item view, one being the existing html "pretty" layout, and another which is a plain text version. If i can avoid it I'd rather not create my own view.raw.html in the K2 component
