Hello,

I have no idea where to start with making specific category view:

I wan't to show list of featured articles from the called category and first level subcategories. BFollowing below I need list of these cotegories (with their descriptions, also only 1st level deeper), Maybe also some "view all articles in category" link.

 

Should I edit category.php or category_item.php files? Could You tell me where to find help about variables and coding regarding to this topic.
