Does anyone know a way to get around the attachment limitations? I wanted to add some cufon font downloads as an attachment. They are .js file. K2 adds a .txt to the end of these files if I use as an attachment. If I zip them, it still does this. I have found that .jpg and.pdf work, but it adds this .txt to css, js, avi, zip, png?? and many ohers. I understand the security risks, but I do not allow front end uploading and would like to use the attachments feature for different types of downloads.
Thanks

For security reasons, I would suggest that you zip the files.

I understand, but that is not the solution the client needs. They need a csv file to be uploaded to the server.

Can you upload it through Joomla!'s media manager?
If not, you will not globally enable csv files.
