I have installed the simple image gallery pro for use in the K2 and it does not allow me to upload the zip files accordingly....

 

I have gotten one of the items to work by disabling the Image Gallery Pro and then uploading the zip file and then re enabling the plugin.

 

This did not work the second time... I am using the Template Indie Life from JoomlaXTC...

first check the information tab in the k2 dashboard - be sure mb_internal encoding is enabled on your server

next be sure to put only files in the zip file your uploading (no subdirectories)

if all that is good, check max_upload size and max_execution time in phpinfo

then backup and  reinstall k2 and sigpro if nothing else works

The site seems broken on the front end.

I corrected the site being broken. It was the simple image gallery pro. All I had to do was disable it and the site went back online....
