I am trying to figure out a way to display the submission form above my articles rather then have it popup to a new window.  My site is more like a twitter site with members posting snippets all day.  My current system isn't working and looking at K2 and possible alternative.

 

any suggestions?

I have read somewhere here how to change the pop up window to a new page. Not sure if the code for the new page could be adjusted to show in the item or category view, and even if it could it would push the content off the screen.

If you want the comments submission on top, that would be an override with things formatted and moved around a bit.

Are you wanting to add items or add comments?

I want to be able to add new items,  almost idential to how twitter does it.  Just a simple input box that after hitting "submit" their post is automatically setup.
