We used flexicontent for a project and had this nice extension (selectflexiitem_reverse) to have links to items as an item extrafield.

 

For some reasons, we have to use K2 and we look for the same things.

 

Check out there to get what we want to do.

 

Let's say movies, directors and actors are items.

We want, in a movie form backoffice, to add link to directors item and actors item as extrafields in movies item.
