I currently have an extra field named "Address". It is set up as a textarea in my K2 extra fields settings. I would like to make this a google maps link where a user clicks and a google maps page opens.

 

I would like to achieve this by making the displayed address linkable.

 

If my extra field says:

Address: 60 East State Street, Columbus, OH 43215

 

On click I would like it to link to:

 maps.google.com/maps?q=60 East State Street, Columbus, OH 43215

 

I would prefer to edit the k2 code rather than going through every item and change the extra field data.

Any ideas on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
