Item appears on the back end but will not appear on the front endsome items do not appear on the front end after a while, you can find them by searching the site but not the category list.

 

This happens only with some items, not all.

 

a category that has only 75 items are displayed in 42 category list.But the back end are all published.Please help me.Thanks
