I have k2 installed on my site using Joomla 1.5.22. I have enabled commenting for everyone in the parameters and when anyone who is registered on my site tries to comment it tells them "The Name or Email Address you typed is already in use!"

This was using versions before 2.4.1

Search the entire forum for "The Name or Email"

there are several posts on this, and I am NOT sure whether or not it persists in 2.4.1 or the new svn

I found the line of code that has the permissions and deleted it. It worked! Please let everyone know who has this problem, and I will do the same!
