I tried all the auto-read-more-plug-ins for Joomla but none of them work for K2. Is there a solution for that? I just want a pagebreak automaticaly after 100 words. That cannot be so hard ...

Try leaving the pagebreak out (or not) and setting the introtext to show, and set the intro text word limit. When in category view you will limit what shows
