On the category view, I'm displaying six items at a time out of a little more than a hundred k2 items within that category. The paging at the bottom displays from 1 to 10 plus the [start] and [end] button. When I click [10], the paging does not show succeeding pages. When I click [end], the paging shows [start] [21] [end]. There's no way to show between pages [11] to [20].

No - I don't have next / previous buttons. I even viewed the source and it isn't there, so PHP is not writing them. I tried to set the page through querystring (by adding ...url.../Page-11) and it works. BTW, I have shSEF404 installed. Thanks again!

You could check the pagination.php file in templates/Your template/html/ if it exists. If yes, then check in there for the next-previous buttons. Maybe they are being cut off.
