Hi there

I bought SIG Pro. It works fine, but it shows in my K2 non thumbnails (they are black). When clicking on the thumbnail I see the picture in the Lightbox.

 

I have the problem on the back- and frontend.

 

Frontend:

Try the extension of the uploaded images to be .jpg and not .jpeg

And make sure there are NO space in the image name.

 

I think that sigpro is too picky to not have a tooltip stating:

File names must not have space, may only have a .jpg file extension.

If you are uploaded more than one file then zip the files.  Do not zip the folder containing the files.

Ok. Thanks. The problem was the file extension.
