Hello forum,

 

I am looking for the easiest way to add soundcloud to k2. I know we can use html to post a song/music to any k2 article but I wanted something more simple since my website consists of music related topics. Maybe someone has an idea or has done something like a allvideos command for soundcloud ex: {soundcloud}URL{/soundcloud} or maybe something even more easier than adding such command like adding a song by the push of a button when posting a article.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

I haven't used the custom fields system but know with some ingenuity, this can be accomplished. I like sound cloud but prefer Cinch Cast for most of my stuff.

You can use the embed code from Soundcloud int he embed section of the Video tab just like if you were using the embed code from YouTube.

Since K2 integrates with AVR reloaded, I suggest adding the player to the Parameter list.
