As a new user of K2 - I have found it very frusteratting to get things working the way most people would expect. I've gone through the videos and tutorials section - and it is setup in an uneasy way to obtain information.

 


The videos are unorganized an hard to obtain / find information  on questions. Documents too.
After watching many of the videos your still left scratching your head about basic functions.
It is not cool to - make the information need unavailable - and then offer a 24/7 help line for large amounts of money.

 

 

Figuratively speaking if there were a 100 things to go over - only a hand full of things are explained. The rest of the information Talks about how great K2 is and what it can do.

 

 

For the small amount of money it would take to make a complete video - going over every part of K2 from start to finish and how to utilize all its features would make K2 much more:


New - user friendly
Easier to convert to
Increase K2 success
Reduce frustrations
Make customers - happy with K2 

There are a number of sites that offer this type of easy video outlines - like  Lynda.com and others.     Or post the video's with easy to find titles and bullets on your site. Along with Manual style documents.

 

Hope this gets threw - and saves the next guy.
