Hello, I'm using k2 + joomfish + sh404sef. Unfortunately, even though I've modified the joomfish k2 extension and added an "alias" field, I still see the same alias in every language.

Has anyone had similar problems with no multiple aliases for each article ?

I have the same problem, but i don't have sh404sef installed.

Not sure if it's related at all but there is a bug with aliases in general with K2 2.4.1.  Did you upgrade your 

/K2/components/com_k2/sef_ext/com_k2.php file ?

A fix to this bug is checked into the K2 SVN (trunk 521).  Just download the latest SVN and grab the file from it  -Make sure you backup first. getk2.org/svnDownload.php
