I need to install K2 in a lot of sites (about 200), with the SAME configuration in the Add Category parameters.

How could I configure ONE of them, copy the configuration and apply to any installation?

If I configure one, copy the xml (wich one?) to an unziped k2 component (righ place, of course), and re-zip it, will works?

Where are the XML, in this case?

 

And the CATEGORIES created itselves? How can I do the same?

the quick version:


setup your "master" k2 configuration
Install on your "child" site
Transfer all the k2 tables from the master site to the child site

If you add additional media to the K2 master configuration, then make sure that you store the media in a subfolder of components/com_k2 . Then just copy the contents of /components/com_k2 to your child site
