I've just had my design built into Joomla! and the company that did it used K2 for the news entry system.

One feature is to have a thumbnail next to a news entry. Since transfering the site from their server to the clients test folder we have been unable to upload images. If you go upload a new image and select 'overwrite existing one' it gives the error 'delete failed' or does nothing at all.

I have no experience with php or backend stuff so am completely stuck at the moment as the company who built it said its my problem to solve as it works on their test server.

 

Any help would be great!
