I'm not sure if it is a bug, but when I move an article from a category to another I expect to receive a notification email because new article has been added to this category: it doesn't work.

 

Is it normal or is it a bug?

 

I have multinotify version 1.2.3

 

I have seen there is a new version, do I have to acquire it for an update?
