Which layout you want to change ? If you want to change the Categories Block or the Archive Block and the rest, just open the components/com_k2/css/k2.css file and make the changes there to match your template. Look at line 84 to 104. Or open the k2.css and search for this w/o the quotes "Primary lists in modules"
