is it possible to have "category list layout" of joomla in K2. or something similar to that. i am using K2 but i want all my notes/articles/items to appear as a list.

 

this is possible in joomla default. in menu -> (select menu item type) Articles -> (category) category list layout.


but i don't see this option in K2. K2 options are - (item listings) categories, tag, user page (blog)

 

i searched google but to no avail. i also tried to find some extensions in joomla-extensions (K2), but found none.

 

is there a way out? have i missed some extension?

I'm not sure if there is an extension for it, maybe you can achieve it by using MVC and make some changes in the php code.

Another way is, you can try by turning off (meaning hide) image, intro text, tags, category and the items that you don't want to show in the specific Category Parameter --> Item view option in category listing. Just click show on the "Title" and "Link on title".
