I'm looking for an "archive" module which will categories K2 items by months (apr. 2010, may2010...)

There's a calendar in Extensions >> Module Manager >> K2 Tools. Enable the module. To set it up to display as a calendar, under 'Module Parameters' --> 'Select Module Functionality' set it to 'Blog-style Calendar.
