I'm using K2 v1.xx but wrongly upgrade to V2.4.1. What can I do?

I'm using K2 v1.xx but wrongly upgrade to V2.4.1.

Now, all categories and items were disappear in the back-end portal, what can I do?

Do you have backups?

If the table names changed your data should still exist and need to be transferred manually
