Hi,

 

I'm trying to upgrade from Version 2.1 to Version 2.4.1.

 

I always get the Error message '-1- An Error has occured / Unable to copy file' when I try to upload an install the latest package.

 

Can anybody help me please with this issue!

This may be a permissions problem.

Try Backing up "akeeba"

uninstall k2

reinstall 2.4.1 - if you get the same error it must be permissions
