You can see here i would like to decrease the size of space between Access to HE and this text

I understand it would be an edit of K2.css, but i can't find where.

You can try this.

 

I see that you have removed the <?php echo JText::_('K2_CHILDREN_CATEGORIES'); ?> at the category.php .

 

Now just remove the <h3></h3> tags . It will reduce the spacing.
