I would like to put the article date of creation and one extra field after the Item title in title meta tag... is it possible ?

 

So for example i have an article named "Test" created on 1-1-2011 and would like to set the browsers title / meta tag title to be "Test 1-1-2011".

btw. i'm using sh404sef so if any1 knows how to modify k2's sef_ext file... lemme know :(
