I am having a weird thing happen on my Joomla sites where if I select K2 > Latest/Latest as a menu item type, I see none of the items that are latest on my site when I navigate to that menu item on my browser.

The strange thing is that this isn't happening on one of my menu items... but for all the others it's displaying nothing.  I tried checking to see the differences between both the menu items and the categories but I couldn't find anything.

 

The items are listed as public as well as the menu items and the categories.  Anyone have an idea of what's wrong.

Alright, so I have figured it out!

 

You need to check your menu items and then select: categories from content source at the very top of the basic parameters.
