Anyone got this? Im leaving Joomla & k2 because it use too much load on my server I have a high traffic website joomla & k2 use too much mysql query it simply can't handle it. I appreciate if any one got this.

Do you have the Disable ordering compacting in the K2 parameters?That reduces queries and improves performance.

I dont know if one exists, but your going to require a custom script to export K2 data tables and convert to WP convention.

Try that K2 setting.

I consider you should try to move your content with the help of the migration tool such as cms2cms. It migrates a great amount of supported entities including posts, categories, internal links, content from your Jcomments extension, tags, content images.
