I dont understand why there is only 1 tab translated into Hungarian language? (Preview) all the others remain in English? where can I change that?

You need to translate the corresponding variables. Try enabling language debugging under Joomla! configuration to see the untranslated variables.

The question marks mean that those strings are untranslated. You should also enable system debugigng to get more details. In general you need to spot where this output comes from ( i mean the strings ) and then add the corresponding variables to your language files.

You need to know where those tags are coming from. They are not coming from K2 so since you are not able to detect where they come from i cannot help you.
